Shipping policy

Order Cut-off Date:

Orders placed by the 25th of each month will be processed and shipped at the beginning of the following month. Orders placed on the 26th or later will be included in the shipment for the subsequent month.

Shipping Regions:

We currently ship to all EU countries, as well as the UK and Switzerland. For orders
shipped to the UK and Switzerland, the delivery term is DAP (Delivered at
Place). This means the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT upon delivery.

Shipping Carrier:

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

Please note that we do not cover lost or damaged orders at this time. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this number to monitor your shipment.
